About October 15, 2008, Bonnie and I will leave for Burma (Myanmar)
and India,
where we will spend several weeks teaching the Gospel to many hundreds, day and
night. I will teach Christian leaders several hours daily in a Bible school
while in Burma, and I will
preach at several churches of Christ, including throughout India. We anticipate high
temperatures and 100% humidity.
We go to serve Christ and glorify the Father. We go to edify brothers and
sisters in Christ as well as to convert non-Christians with the Gospel. We can
only go if you and others like you enable us to go by providing financial
support. When we go, you who help us financially participate with us on the
foreign field. When we lead souls to Christ, though a world away from where you
live, it is as though with your own hands that they are baptized.
Can we depend on you (can the Lord depend on you) to financially underwrite
