Hayward, WI: Things are going well for the church up here in Hayward Wisconsin. Since I started the work here (2001) the Lord has had 4 baptisms and we have been struggling with the our growth problem. While we have only had 4 baptisms we have other visitors on a regular basis and we are crunched in our
meeting space. We have looked to rent a space but the renting costs are not cost effective, so we decided to stay where we were until property we could purchase became available. Recently we have the opportunity to purchase a building, and we are asking for help with the mortgage. The church has a budget and we can purchase the building and handle the mortgage but being a small congregation a great portion of the collections monthly will go toward the mortgage, and other bills leaving us with little to do the Lord's work. We are asking for help either helping us pay off the mortgage $55,000 or helping us put more down so we can get a lower monthly payment. We currently have $10,000 to put down on the property and with that much down we are looking at a monthly payment of $420. Contact me for more information: Matthew P. Lewis.
